RoboTape

RoboTape delivers precise, repeatable application of acrylic foam tapes, EPDM and similar foams up to 16 mm wide and 16 mm thick. Every strip is placed and cut exactly where it belongs. The spool unwind and splicing station sits outside the work area, so operators reload tape safely while the system keeps running. Spool changes never add to your cycle time. Built-in splice detection ensures they are not applied on the substrate avoiding rework and rejected parts.
